Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
